A Beautiful North Country Tradition

Since 1998, Rebecca Kelly Ballet has sent Principal Guest Artists to perform in
the Plattsburgh-based, North Country Ballet Ensemble's annual production of
The Nutcracker in performances over Thanksgiving Weekend.

A series of public Performances are held at the Hartman Theater at SUNY Plattsburgh,
and in December at the Lake Placid Center for the Arts

Kelly has contributed choreography for several Snow Variations, as well as Spanish and Marzipan Divertissments. Not yet seen in the North Country are Kelly's original choreograhy for the Russian, Chinese, and Arabian soloists..

During the fall, rehearsals are held in many location. RKB is proud to host Nutcracker rehearsals at the beautiful Cloudsplitter Studio, in the Tahawus Center, Au Sable Forks.
